The health condition of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is stable.
In a statement, the AIIMS said, “His condition is stable. He is responding to treatment and is on injectable antibiotics. All his vital parameters are stable. He will continue to be in the hospital until the infection is controlled”.
The former Prime Minister was admitted to the AIIMS with urinary tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection and kidney issues on Monday.
PM Modi met the doctors and enquired about the well-being of Vajpayee on Monday, while Former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat were among the leaders who visited AIIMS to inquire about his health on Tuesday.
