Bank of Baroda to sell 4% stake in CCIL

Bank of Baroda has agreed to sell its 4% stake i.e. 20,00,000 equity shares in Clearing Corporation of India (CCIL) to HDFC Bank as per share purchase agreement executed on November 20, 2018 at Rs 620 per share aggregating to total consideration of Rs 124 crore.

Bank of Baroda is engaged in providing various services, such as personal banking, corporate banking, international banking, small and medium enterprise (SME) banking, rural banking, non-resident Indian (NRI) services and treasury services.
