Both Sreesanth and Dipika stuck to each other throughout their stay and were seen as loyal friends. Their bond also became one of the reasons for others, especially Surbhi Rana and the Khan sisters, to criticise the actress. They felt she didn’t socialize with them as much. Dipika was sincere when it came to playing the tasks assigned by Bigg Boss. While she did well in some tasks, she didn’t perform up to everyone’s expectations in others.
She was in host Salman Khan’s good books and praised by him for her dignified conduct on the show. Dipika never got into nasty fights in the house and stayed away from playing it dirty. The actress rarely lost her cool in the game, and rather managed to calm down Sreesanth whenever he was angry.
Also, she was appreciated by many guests for being well-spoken and putting her point across clearly to others. While there might be many highs in her journey, there were lows, too. The actress was often criticised for being overtly emotional and crying at the drop of a hat.
Dipika would often get emotional when it came to her family. She was accused of playing ‘Simar’ from Sasural Simar Ka in the Bigg Boss house, and not being herself. Many of them considered her ‘fake’. However, the highlight was her reunion with husband Shoaib during the family week, when the contestants actually realised the strong bond she shares with her husband.
However, all is well that ends well. The actress’ win has come as a befitting reply to her haters and as a good news for her fans. Her journey, indeed, has been a fruitful and a well-rewarded one.
