BJP: TMC government not allowing party’s political programmes in West Bengal

The party seeks the Election Commission’s intervention so that the Lok Sabha polls can be held in a “free and fair” way.A high level delegation met election commission of India and gave a representation of the way the Trinamool Congress government is conducting the affairs in West Bengal.

Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the BJP has demanded that the poll panel thoroughly assess the “alarming situation” in West Bengal.

BJP on Sunday alleged that the Mamata Banerjee government denied permission to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s chopper to land. He was scheduled to address rallies in the state.

Earlier violence had erupted after Ami Shah’s rally in West Bengal & bjp had blamed TMC workers.
