Foreign couple’s sex video on police station terrace leaves authorities red-faced

Udaipur : A sex video reportedly of a foreign couple seen in a compromising position on the terrace of Ghantaghar police station in Udaipur walled city area has left the police department red-faced. The video, shot from a building situated opposite to the police station,  spread like fire after it went viral on the social media on Friday. Udaipur Superintendent of Police Rajendra Prasad Goyal initially denied of any such incident having happened on the station’s terrace but later said that there are two ways to reach the terrace. Someone may have climbed up through the stairs of a temple, situated in the same premises, adjoining the station and  landed on the terrace.

ple visit the premises. the incident could have taken place around Holi, when foreigners are often seen roaming around in intoxicated condition. Though the SP said there is nothing  to be investigated as no one has come ahead with any sort of complaint, however, sources claimed, police is investigating the matter internally and the priest of the temple has been put to thorough interrogation since afternoon. The video footage which is not very clear, shows a couple getting cozy and in intimate postures.

The broad day light video showing the couple in objectionable condition has been reportedly shot by someone of the worker  community who live in the area in large number as they are engaged in the gold-silver ornaments making business. The video has come as a big shock for the police authorities who refrained from making any comments. However, Udaipur SP Goyal said that such videos going viral on social media does not have any authenticity. ” How can one claim with certainty that the terrace seen in the video is of Ghantaghar police station in  the first place? Secondly the couple are foreigners. Kissing or holding each other is quite common in their culture so we cannot book them for such act, Goyal told Udaipur Kiran

When asked whether such incident  falls under charges of out breaking public decency, the  officer said that such sights are very common specially inside the walled city area which sees a large footfall of foreign tourist and therefore police cannot prevent them. ” None of our men are seen in the footage, nor did any policeman shot the video. In such a situation, how can any action be taken against anyone? Even the couple is also not identifiable from the footage” the SP said.
