InfluxData will unveil its new solution and demonstrate this new functionality this week at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon in Booth No. S33.
With InfluxData, developers now have more efficient control and utilization of their containers by determining Kubernetes auto scaling based on any metric generated by K8s and collected with InfluxData, and are no longer limited to auto scaling based on only CPU or memory metrics. InfluxData?EU?s industry-first functionality makes Kubernetes more efficient and powerful than before. For example, developers can now scale based on metrics such as queue depth or requests per second. This allows for greater business flexibility and better ROI as resources can be allocated more precisely and effectively.

InfluxData?EU?s new release also supports Prometheus?EU? standard exposition format by adding Prometheus?EU? service discovery and scraping into Kapacitor, InfluxData?EU?s real-time streaming data processing engine, and metric read/write interoperability into InfluxDB, the InfluxData Time Series database. Developers can now preserve their investment in Prometheus and use Kapacitor to dynamically monitor their metrics in real time, and write data into InfluxDB which can act as a highly available metric store. Developers are able to seamlessly add InfluxDB and Kapacitor to their existing systems and support more complex use cases with stream processing and support any high availability business requirements.
