PM Modi addresses concluding session of national convention

Intensifying his attack on top leadership of Congress over their alleged involvement in the National Herald case, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that those who are out on bail do not believe in the law of institution.

Addressing BJP workers on the concluding day of party’s two-day national council meeting in Delhi ON Saturday, Prime Minister said that Congress wants stable government only for committing scams, contrary to the BJP which is concerned about the nation and its people.

He also accused Congress of trying to create obstacles in Ayodhya case in the court.

Calling the opposition ‘Mahagathbandhan’ ( or Grand Alliance ) an an alliance of desperate and opportunistic political parties, Prime Minister said that they have joined hands with the sole aim of ousting his govt.

Listing out the achievement of his govt, Prime Minister said that ensuring a transparent, corruption-free and development-oriented system have been among the biggest achievements of the govt during four and half years.

Continuing his attack on Congress, Prime Minister that the Government, before the NDA regime, had pushed the country into darkness. He also accused the previous govt for alleged phone-a-loan scam, where money was lent by banks to select businessmen close to a particular family.

Attacking the top leadership of Congress, Prime minister said that Congress’ first family thinks it is above the law and doesn’t appear before courts despite several summons issued to them.
